Internships at Evercore
The Evercore program is a paid internship, with a duration of 6-12 weeks depending on the assignment The program is open to college juniors and MBA candidates who are working on a degree in Business.
The program is designed to provide both undergraduate and MBA students with experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as to become strategic advisors. Evercore hires between 21 and 50 interns each summer. Interns work on a variety of assignments including: restructuring, recapitalizations, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships and joint ventures.
Interns are responsible for a variety of tasks including attending client meetings, developing financial models, industry analysis, process management, and execution of transactions. They are challenged to take on as much responsibility as they are comfortable handling. Summer interns work in conjunction with a full-time colleague, but are also given the opportunity to work independently; and, as such; are responsible for a large portion of the team's analytic work.
The Evercore Internship Program is a great way to gain experience and is one of the primary vehicles the company uses to hire full-time employees. As an example, every analyst in the Evercore Summer Program for the past three years has accepted full-time offers.

The Investment Banking Summer Analyst and Associate Program is a broad based program designed to give students exposure to a wide range of investment banking scenarios.
Evercore Partners seeks interns with a strong interest in investment banking. Students must have a desire to work in a small environment and be willing to accept tangible responsibilities.
