The project managers must be able to handle all aspects of a translation engagement. Successful candidates need a skill set that includes managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams efficiently and experience working with machine translation, desktop publishing as well as audiovisual or software localization. In addition, successful applicants will need to have great communication skills and proficiency in English.
Candidates should reside in a North or South American time zone. Knowledge of Trados is a must. Experience in pre- and post-edited machine translation workflows is also a valuable asset.
Linguist: Freelance translators and interpreters may submit resumes to the pool from which the project managers build their teams. Which languages are needed will vary.
